The trade association for the UKs £27 billion recruitment industry has introduced the audit scheme which provides assurance that successful agencies are complying with The Employment Agencies Act and Conduct Regulations 2003 and REC Code of Good Recruitment Practice. The Audited Status is recognised as the gold standard throughout the recruitment industry.
