Description:
We are recruiting a Hire Equipment Quality Manager for our client based in Avonmouth, Bristol. The role is to be responsible for the overall management and continued improvement of the Hire Equipment assets and associated facilities. Duties will include
- Line Management and Leadership for warehouse staff responsible for In, Out and Picking and storage functions
- Develop, recruit, train and retain staff as appropriate
- Conduct continual assessment across all areas of hire in, picking and hire out service to ensure the highest standards are met at all times effecting changes where necessary
- Demonstrate a marked decrease in Hire process related issues, complaints and substandard performance
- Ensure as new equipment is adopted that all staff are trained and fully aware of operating processes and procedures
- Develop a lifecycle plan for all hire equipment on a prioritsed basis
- Manage the business area in line with department budget constraints
- Work with Hire Equipment Quality Manager and Hire team to ensure a cohesive relationship and approach is adopted to ensure the highest customer services relating to the hire of equipment is maintained at all times
To succeed in this role you will need a proven track record of delivering and managing systematic improvements in quality and service. Be an effective "hands on" manager who is enthusiastic, strong capability and an excellent communicator.
